Return & Exchange Policy
At SÈWA Loungewear, we want you to love what you ordered! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure you have the best shopping experience.
Returns and Exchanges:
You have 6 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
For returns, you will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
For exchanges, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at sewaloungewear@gmail.com within 6 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
